Jean Modeste Tehoua

My name is Jean Modeste, and I work in the Portfolio Team, where I support and lead the development of portfolio management plans in line with the overall AECF operational and technical management strategy.

I love my job at AECF because I feel valued for what I bring to the organization, and I feel that my daily work has an outstanding and measurable impact on the lives of the most disadvantaged people on the continent, and this is very important to me. I also appreciate the degree of control and freedom within the job. I work full-time on a flexible schedule, both in and out of the office, and the management trusts me to produce high-quality work and results. The international exposure allows me to build relationships with professional partners in various countries.

I get great satisfaction in being in a role where I can make a small difference in someone’s life.
